Ingredients:
1 c. rice
4 red chilies
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. urad dhal
1 Tbsp. oil1
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds salt to taste
1/8 tsp.tsp. asafoetida
Preparation:
Wash rice and mix 2 cups of water and cook In the pressure cooker for 7 minutes.
Dry blend mixture of fried sesame, chilies, urad dhal and asafoetida powder.
Mix the powder with cooked rice.
