    Mutton Leg bone Soup

    Ingredients


        Mutton leg bone – 500g

        Shallots – 15

        Garlic – 3 cloves


        Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

        Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp

        Salt to taste

        Pepper to taste


    preparation:

    Wash mutton bone; add it in a pressure cooker.

    Add shallots, garlic and cumin seeds and 3 cups of water to the mutton bone.

    Cover the pressure cooker, bring it to heat and cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat.

    Once the pressure released, transfer the soup into a serving bowl.

    Add salt and pepper and serve hot.
